Etzava convenes a council of perspectives — philosophical, religious, evidence-based, and lived — to help you examine a decision from many sides. Those perspectives are generated by artificial intelligence. They are offered to sharpen your own thinking, and for no other purpose. Nothing Etzava produces is medical, legal, financial, tax, psychological, or other professional advice, and no output creates a professional–client relationship of any kind. For decisions with medical, legal, or financial consequences, consult a licensed professional who can consider your full circumstances. AI-generated content can be incomplete, imprecise, or wrong — including when it sounds confident — and perspectives attributed to a tradition or discipline are interpretations, not pronouncements by that tradition or any person within it.
Etzava is a tool for weighing decisions. It is not therapy, counseling, or mental-health treatment, and it is not built to help in an emergency. If a session begins to feel less like weighing a choice and more like carrying something too heavy, please take that seriously and bring it to a person or service that can help.

Etzava's design rule is "help me decide, not decide for me." The council will show you where its perspectives agree and disagree, and will ask you questions only you can answer — but it will not push you toward an outcome, and if you ask it what to do, it will tell you how its voices lean while keeping the disagreement visible. Whatever you ultimately decide, the decision and its consequences are yours. We are not responsible for actions you take or do not take after using Etzava.
What happens to what you type. Your decision and everything you share in a session are sent, encrypted, to Anthropic (the AI provider whose Claude models power each council member) for processing, and the council's responses are returned to your browser. We have designed Etzava so that we keep no copy of your session content on our servers. Anthropic processes this content under its commercial API terms, which do not permit it to train models on customer content by default.
Saved sessions (when accounts launch). Creating an account requires only an email address — no password is stored; sign-in is by emailed link. By default your sessions remain ephemeral: when you close the page, they are gone. If you choose to save a session, it is stored encrypted, visible only to you, and you can delete it — or your whole account — at any time, permanently. We will never sell your information, share session content with advertisers, or use your decisions for any purpose other than showing them back to you.
What we do collect. Basic, content-free operational data: anonymous page-view analytics (Vercel Analytics), per-call token counts for cost monitoring (numbers only, never text), and anything you voluntarily submit through the feedback form. Voluntary contributions are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number.
Etzava may invite voluntary contributions to support the service. Contributions are exactly that — voluntary. They buy nothing, unlock nothing, and change nothing about how your council deliberates. Ai-PEX Wisdom, LLC is not a charity, and contributions are not tax-deductible.
By using Etzava you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old. Etzava is for personal, non-commercial use: you may not resell or sublicense access, offer Etzava or its outputs as part of a commercial product or service, access it by automated means, or use it to build or train a competing service. Use Etzava only for its purpose — thinking through your own decisions — and not to generate content for prohibited uses, to probe or abuse the service, or to violate any law. We may suspend access that threatens the service or other users. Etzava is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose; to the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from Etzava is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, for most users, is zero). The Etzava name, design, and content are the property of Ai-PEX Wisdom, LLC; what you type remains yours. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. We may update this page as the product evolves; the date below is the version marker.
